Moong Dal Sheera (Halwa)

The perfect mouth-watering treat. A sweet with split green gram (moong) and sugar topped with a lot of shudh desi ghee. It is a delicacy primarily found in North Indian cuisine – particularly from rajasthan. It is an ideal after-meal dessert and can be served warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or eaten on its own.
